Flats for holidays ..... " Lemon  & Tomato"

we are working on the translation of these pages!!!

The flats are for 5 persons. We rent the single rooms or the whole flat. 
The rooms: There is a double bedroom, a room with two beds (which can be joined into a double bed), a single room, a large kitchen, a large living room with dining table, two bathrooms and a large balcony with table and chairs

Prices for 2015 (stay: at least 3 nights)
September-May: 24 euros per day per person
June-July: 28 euros per per day per person
August: 32 euros per per day per person

DISCOUNT: for groups of 5 persons for a week
September-May: 800 euros per week
June-July: 930 euros per week
August: 1050 euros per week

children under 2 years are free if they sleep with parents or in their own travel cot

Payment: half the amount when ordering on paypal or CC postale; rest of the amount must be paid on arrival

Deposti for staying a week: 150 euros in cash at the arrival

arrival: by appointment
departure: before 11.30 a.m. - (handover of keys, unloading and the payment of any power consumption for air conditioning, and so on)
service included: "Welcome Package" consisting of one kg of pasta, one garment with ready-made tomato sauce, a liter of milk, 
a packet of coffee and a packet of biscuits
besides the sheets, you will find three towels per person

air conditioning: on demand

house rules:
- Please, leave the flat clean and tidy (if any cleaning at extra charge)
- Please, do not smotke inside the flat
- An inventory list is located in the flat
