I created my first
Tunisian crochet-flowers March 2006. |

As you can see, there made of wool.
I decorated a my first sample of TKS.

I wanted to try with cotton.
Before sewing - stick with pins.

You need:
cotton,
a (normal) crochet hook nr. 3,5
Stitches:
basic row (BR)
Simple Tunisian stitch (TSS)
Tunisian Knit stitch (TKS)

The petals:
ch 6, turn and make a BR.
Where you finish the row ch 6 again and finish the second BR. You need 5
or more pieces.
Stem:
ch 15, turn and make a BR.
Where you finish add a leaf making 5 ch and finish as a BR.
Leaf: ch 6 and finish as a BR.
The middle of the daisy:
ch 4 and pick up the stitches, but at the end of the row through all the
loops on the hook.

Bud:
ch 6 and make a BR.
Make 3 rows TKS.
Last row: skip the first strand, work the middle stitch, skip the next
stitch, work the last stitch. YO and through all 3 loops.
Make as many as you like.
Stem:
ch 12, turn and make a BR.

Bud:
ch 6 and make a BR.
On all the next rows make one stitch less, and go on until you have only
one stitch.
Stem:
ch 12, turn and make a BR.
Where you finish add a leaf making 7 ch and finish as a BR.
Leaf: ch 7 and finish as a BR.
